    The delivery time is an estimate based on recent deliveries. Mahou Boutique cannot guarantee the items to arrive within the dates above mentioned. Shipping time is influenced heavily by weather, strikes (including transportation and air strikes), and other situations such as busy festive seasons.

If the incorrect package is signed, we can't guarantee the whereabouts of your order, nor can we take responsibility for it.


    The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
    Processing duration: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
    Shipping duration: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

    Because of the nature of the merchandise market - in which certain brand items can be in high demand - some delays are inevitable and could delay your order. We will update customers in cases when their order is taking more than 8 business days to process and customers are welcome to inquire us about the status of their order.

    Please kindly understand that pre-orders are not able to be cancelled in cases of delays as this is out of our control. One thing to note is that these delays are true for ALL customers, local and foreign alike. We would like to assure our customers that we will do everything we can to deliver your order as fast as possible to wherever you are.

    Delivery estimate is the time estimate it takes for the order to arrive to you after we ship it. Our standard shipping line takes on average 7~15 days to reach most destinations. Upgraded shipping such as DHL usually get delivered in 3~5 days.

    Pre-Sale items will only start counting the Processing Time after the brand releases the products, which may sometimes have delays.

    Made-To-Order items, labeled as such on the product page, have their own processing time. Generally speaking, the processing time will take 7-30 days.
