We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return. Unwanted returns are refunded with giftcard credits, and for damaged/wrong item returns we'll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay for your order. For returns please make sure that the items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

If you have troubles with a lost or not delivered package, please contact your local carrier ASAP for assistance as they are in charge of deliveries. Orders lost in transit are eligible for a free reshipment, provided that you contact us within 180 days after the order has shipped and follow our instructions.

After receiving your refund request, we will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Any returns made without the agreement of our customer service team will be discarded and are not refundable.

How To Return

✪ 1. Request the return by emailing hello@mahouboutique.com and clearly state the reason for the return (Unwanted item, Damaged item, Wrong item). Provide your order number and list of items you will be returning. Make sure the items are unworn, in original packaging, and eligible for returns (Final Sale, Pre-order and Jewelry aren't eligible).

✪ 2. After submitting your request and our approval through email, you should ship your return within 14 days after reception of the package and send us the tracking information.

✪ 3. Print and fill out the return form (you will receive them by email in 48H after submitting your request through email). If you did not receive the documents, please check your spam folder and/or contact us again.

 4. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please let us know the tracking number once you have shipped out your package so that we can keep track of your return.

 5. After assessment of your return we will refund Unwanted Item(s) with a Gift Card within 7 days after reception of the package at our warehouse. Damaged/Wrong items are eligible for a refund to your original payment method.

*If one of these conditions cannot be met, please contact our customer service with your specific situation and wait for their reply.


Price Adjustment

If a certain item that you have purchased has reduced in price we will refund you the differing amount via a Mahou Boutique Gift-Card. Notice of the price difference must be made 7 days from the date of purchase and is only applicable for items purchased at original prices.


Unwanted Returns

Returning shipment of unwanted merchandise are sent at the customer's expense. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. The return shipping fees are not available for refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Mahou Boutique offers full unwanted refunds for customers that have changed their mind, provided

1. The item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged
2. Notified us and sent proof of return shipping to our warehouse within 14 days after the parcel has been delivered.
3. Original tag(s), wrapping(s) or box(es) are intact
4. Footwear must be tried on indoors and show no signs of wear
5. Understand that accessories such as jewelry and eyewear cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons

All refunds from unwanted items will be returned to your original means of payment. SALE items are also eligible for an unwanted refund.

Details on how to process a return are given by email on a case by case situation. Contact our customer service to know what you have to do to process your return. Refunds will be finalized once we receive the items and confirm that the requirements were met.

Please note that Pre-order items can't be returned. Pre-order items are specially reserved for you with one of our suppliers or manufacturing partners, and we pay them before the item production kick-starts, or before it is available for sale to the general public. For this reason, once we paid for your item to the manufacturer or supplier the order can't be canceled or returned.
Some items due to hygiene reasons also can't be returned.


Damaged/Wrong item Return
If there is a missing or damaged product, additional delivery, replacement or refund is possible only for those who have an unboxing video.📷 As proof of product defect / damage / missing, you must provide a full unboxing video without pausing or editing from the moment you hold the sealed/unopened package/box/envelope in your hand before you start opening it. This is essential for us to assess and expedite necessary actions such as additional delivery, replacement, or refund. This to be sent to MAHOU BOUTIQUE through hello@mahouboutique.com within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Please email our customer service at hello@mahouboutique.com above before any action is made. We require the following for Damaged/Wrong item returns:

1. The item is unworn and unwashed
2. Different than what was ordered (item, color, texture, quality or overall look)
3. Notified us and submitted photo evidence with the Mahou Boutique tags and Thank You Card in the same picture, within 14 days after the parcel has been delivered.
4. Original tag(s), wrapping(s) or box(es) are intact
5. Please note that our items have the original brand's labels and that a difference in labels and perceived size cannot be used to request a refund for 'wrong size'. Please check the Size Chart of each product before purchasing. Only an error in the detailed measurements in the Size Guide (on each product's page, and in both inches and centimeters) will be accepted to make a claim.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 days. 

Mahou Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns when the above conditions are not met. Mahou Boutique reserves the right to refuse products sent back without prior consultation.


We're sorry, but item exchanges are currently not possible. However, you may place a new order before or after receiving your refund, since the return order and the new order are independent processes.


Out of Stock Refund

When a product you ordered is sold out, we refund the amount to your credit card or PayPal account and notify you via your registered e-mail address. This means that your product is sold out from the market and is no longer available for shipping. Due to the fast-paced fashion industry in Asia, popular products quickly sell out. We try our best to most efficiently notify our customers and update our system as frequently as possible to prevent such cases, but sometimes these instances are sometimes inevitable. We sincerely apologize for such inconvenience :(

In the case that more than 50% of the number of products in your order is sold out, you may choose to cancel the entire order. Should this be the case, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the last sold out notification email. We want to make sure you receive the items you ordered as soon as possible, so if we do not hear back from you, we will go ahead and process the rest of your order as planned. Please kindly understand after this time frame, the option to cancel the order will unfortunately be no longer valid.


To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service ASAP. Send us your inquiry through email with your order number. When you cancel your order within 48 hours of ordering, you will receive your refund on your credit card or PayPal account (we refund orders manually and refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear on your payment account).

If you wish to cancel your order after 48 hours, please contact our customer service team. We wil refund the ready items with store credits and the items in process to your credit card or PayPal account.
"Ready items" are items that we have picked out from our warehouses in Korea, Japan and Hong kong to process your order. "Items in process" are items that we do not have in stock and are in process for delivery to our warehouses. If your order is not shipped after 11 business days, you may request the cancellation of the pending items and we will ship the ready items to you. Email us to inquire about the status of your items before sending us your request.



Failure to deliver
Packages were lost in transit after being confirmed with the shipping company are applicable for a free re-shipment or refund. Mahou Boutique is not responsible for packages sent back due to reasons such as the absence of the recipient, customs not cleared by customer, wrong address information, incorrect recipient name, etc. When a shipment is sent to our carrier's warehouse due to these complications, the carrier reserves the right to dispose of the shipment. Mahou Boutique will not be able to process a refund for these cases.
