Mahou Boutique ships worldwide from Korea, Hong Kong or Japan (depending on the merchandise location) with Express shipping carriers (7-15 business days) for a fixed fee of $9.99 for regular items to region 1 destinations. Regular item orders above $50 enjoy FREE shipping.*

*Voluminous items, such as 20cm plush dolls, big cushions, large figures and cosplays, have a small shipping fee (and thus do not qualify for free shipping).

Optionally customers can choose shipping upgrades (e.g. DHL 3-5 business days) for an additional charge at checkout for even faster shipping. The DHL fee depends on the merchandise weight.

The delivery time is an estimate based on recent deliveries. Mahou Boutique cannot guarantee the items to arrive within the dates above mentioned. Shipping time is influenced heavily by weather, strikes (including transportation and air strikes), and other situations such as busy festive seasons.

Confirm that the package is from Mahou Boutique before signing for it. Check for visible package damage before signing, check for the correct recipient name and address. If the incorrect package is signed, we can't guarantee the whereabouts of your order, nor can we take responsibility for it.

DELIVERY TIME

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
➤ Processing duration: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
➤ Shipping duration: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

PROCESSING DURATION

If the order status is "unfulfilled":

1. Your order is under arrangement which means it has not been sent out. You are welcome to contact us via email at hello@mahouboutique.com to inquire about the details.
2. Your order has been sent out but the courier has not updated the tracking number. You are welcome to contact us via email at hello@mahouboutique.com to inquire about the details.

Because of the nature of the merchandise market - in which certain brand items can be in high demand - some delays are inevitable and could delay your order. We will update customers in cases when their order is taking more than 8 business days to process and customers are welcome to inquire us about the status of their order.

Please kindly understand that pre-orders are not able to be cancelled in cases of delays as this is out of our control. One thing to note is that these delays are true for ALL customers, local and foreign alike. We would like to assure our customers that we will do everything we can to deliver your order as fast as possible to wherever you are.

In case of delays, please know that we are working to serve you best. Please keep this in mind and order well in advance from the date you need it, to ensure they arrive in time!

💡TIPS for a smooth delivery!

To make sure the carrier can send you updates and contact you for delivery and delivery related problems when necessary, it is crucial to provide a valid contact number at checkout.

Please do NOT enter PO Box/APO/FPO addresses as the system doesn’t recognize them as an error but the carriers don’t deliver there. Using this type of address may result in misdeliveries.

The total delivery time = Processing time + Delivery estimate

Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order (including the time to make the item when applicable). We need 1~8 days to process your order (branded items may take longer due to restocking; pre-order delays ; custom items may take longer due to customization).

Delivery estimate is the time estimate it takes for the order to arrive to you after we ship it. Our standard shipping line takes on average 7~15 days to reach most destinations. Upgraded shipping such as DHL usually get delivered in 3~5 days.

Please note:
Pre-Sale items will only start counting the Processing Time after the brand releases the products, which may sometimes have delays.

Made-To-Order items, labeled as such on the product page, have their own processing time. Generally speaking, the processing time will take 7-30 days.

FAILURE TO DELIVER

Mahou Boutique is not responsible for packages sent back due to factors outside of our control, such as the absence of the recipient, customs costs not paid, wrong address information, incorrect recipient name, etc. When a shipment is sent to our carrier's warehouse due to these complications, the carrier reserves the right to dispose of the shipment. In these cases Mahou Boutique will do their best to help you solve this situation, but we cannot be held accountable for the package anymore.
